Seabrook is a quarter acre garden nestled beside the shelter of Pukekura Park and the water wheel. Our garden is a blend of roses, perennials, trees and an idyllic bush garden. Parking in lane and extra parking up Victoria Road hill. Cream teas each Fri, Sat, Sun at $10/head. The City of New Plymouth Caledonian Pipe Band will play from 1-2pm, Sun 1st Nov.
